What things cost
Our prices, in the open
We tell businesses that a price nobody can see costs them customers they never hear about. It would be strange to say that and then hide ours.
Social media, run for you
Posts written, graphics designed, and somebody watching the replies. You stop being the one who has to think of something to post.
- Facebook, Instagram or both
- Custom graphics, not stock
- A monthly report you can actually read
A website or web app
Built so a customer can see what you do, what it costs, and how to reach you, on a phone, in seconds.
- Live in days, not months
- Hosting, domain and SSL free for the first year
- You see yours working before you pay
Keeping it alive
The part most people skip. Security, backups, uptime, and somebody local to call when it breaks.
- Security patched and backed up weekly
- We know it is down before you do
- Content updates included on the higher plan
Getting found, and reviews
Google Business Profile set up properly, and a system that actually asks your happy customers to say so.
- Show up on the map, in your area
- A review engine, not a hope
- Business email on your own domain
Design and brand
Logo, brand kit, menus, profiles, flyers. Priced per piece and per page, so a short job costs less than a long one.
- Per page on documents, never one flat guess
- Print ready export included
- One round of changes included
A campaign, for one month
A launch, an event, an award. Daily presence, ads managed, and a promotion run properly and legally.
- Two weeks or a full month
- Your ad money stays on your own account
- Every giveaway free to enter, with written rules
Every figure here is a starting price in Zambian Kwacha. What you pay depends on the size of the job, and you get it in writing before any work begins. No deposit, no surprise line on the invoice.
Current as at 2026-08-23. Businesses outside Lusaka, Livingstone and the Copperbelt city centres pay 20 percent less on builds and design, because the work is delivered remotely. That is a published rate, not a negotiation.
If it is not here, ask
The full list runs to about sixty items. Custom systems, property management, fleet dispatch, stock and multi user back office. Tender preparation. App store publishing. Training. Documents priced per page rather than per document, so a two page menu never costs the same as a fourteen page company profile.
Tell us what you need and you get a written quote, with everything itemised, before anybody starts. Nothing appears on the invoice that was not on the quote.
Not sure which one you need?
Send us your page, or just tell us what the business does. We will tell you what we would actually do first, and roughly what it costs.
